  • Cooking is a form of therapy and it needn’t be difficult nor time-consuming

  • Eat real food, fresh and possibly organic

  • I don’t believe in diets or faddy food trends

  • I believe in including, not excluding food

  • Your body is a really powerful machine

  • Body and mind are very strictly connected

  • Everything starts in the gut so we need to feed it right

  • We are all UNIQUE, hence we need a tailored, individual approach to health and wellbeing
